7. The Wheelchair Warrior™ directory

Our Find a Wheelchair Warrior™ page lists clinicians recognised for applying the Seating Simplified™ framework in real practice.

• A listing shows that the clinician has trained in the Wheelieworx approach and applies it in practice. It is not a referral, recommendation or guarantee of any clinician's services or outcomes.
• Listed clinicians are independent. They are not employed by Wheelieworx and we do not supervise their work.
• Availability, fees, services and clinical decisions are between you and the clinician. You deal with them directly.
• We try to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current.

We are not responsible for any service provided by a listed clinician, or for any loss arising from your dealings with them, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. This includes:

• Clinical, professional or business decisions made in reliance on content from this website
• Any interruption, error or unavailability of this website
• Any loss of data, profit, revenue or opportunity
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss
