What Is Seating Simplified
Seating Simplified is a 90-day guided implementation program delivered by Wheelieworx for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who prescribe wheelchairs.
It installs the Systematic Wheelchair Prescription Framework™ (SWPF), a clear, step-by-step clinical decision system for complex wheelchair and seating prescription. This is implemented using the Wheelchair Warrior™ Method of Learn, Apply, Validate, and Recognise.
By installing the system, clinicians learn how to consistently assess, trial, select, script, justify, deliver, and review wheelchairs using a structured, unbiased framework that works across different clients, environments, and funding contexts.
The focus is not on theory or product knowledge. It’s on installing a repeatable way of thinking that saves time, reduces second-guessing and rework, and allows clinicians to become a go-to person for complex wheelchair decisions within their team or network.

I already do wheelchair prescriptions. Do I need this?
Many clinicians already prescribe wheelchairs, but still feel unsure in complex cases. Seating Simplified isn’t about basic skills. It focuses on giving you a structured, repeatable way to reason through complexity, make trade-offs, and explain decisions clearly when the stakes are high.
I’ve done wheelchair training before. How is this any different?
Most training provides information or product knowledge. Seating Simplified focuses on implementation. Instead of isolated content, it installs a complete end-to-end decision system that you apply to real clients during the program, with feedback and calibration from experts.
I don’t prescribe wheelchairs as often as I would like. Is this still worth it?
